My name is Froukje. After 13 moves, I have been living in Wassenaar since 2006. Centrally located in the Randstad, so that comes in handy for my work for masseuraandedeur.nl
After a career in the advertising world, I decided in 2014 to change course. By coincidence I had discovered that I had massage talent and I was delighted to see someone completely recover under my hands.

I received my 1st training at the NVVS in The Hague: sports massage. Besides massaging I also learned everything about the human body: anatomy and physiology. I then followed the Wellness massage course. Relaxation massage from head to toe. I also learned Ayurvedic, Lomi lomi and hot stone massage there.
Once finished, I started my own practice in Wassenaar.
Because I also enjoy working outside home, I followed the Chair Massage course with Anand in Zaandam. Soon after, I got a lot of work as a chair masseur at companies and at events.
Then I was offered a job at Elysium in Bleiswijk. There it was really tackling with more than 12 massages per day. Unfortunately Covid threw a spanner in the works.

Working for a masseur aan de deur means a new challenge for me. I think it would be fun to massage people in their familiar environment. People already feel comfortable in their own homes. After the massage, they no longer have to go outside and can relax in their own way.

It is my ambition to tailor every massage perfectly to the wishes of the customer. Customization. Making a difference. That’s what I do it for.
