My name is Mette.

I live with my two sons in the quiet village of Gorredijk in Friesland.

For years I have been working in a large wellness center as a sauna master, where, among other things, my interest in massage was aroused.

We work with essential oils on a daily basis and that’s how I found out what a great impact aromatherapy can have on both body and mind, as well as for example singing bowls and meditation, whichever rituals I perform.

In recent years I have followed various courses in herbal medicine, Ayurveda and various forms of Eastern and Western massage. And I haven’t finished learning yet. I find a combination of different techniques tailored to the demand and the beneficial effect of this special. I can also take care of applying medicinal oils and herbs.
