My name is Hidde-Jan and I am often involved in sports and recovery. At the age of 23 I completed my ALO education in The Hague. After that I made a 6 month tour through Asia, where I developed my interest in massages. I myself loved being massaged. So I went to research myself about the recovery of the muscles by massaging.

In Zoetermeer I obtained my diploma in Sports Massage in 2017. Besides the fact that I am a teacher at a secondary school in The Hague, I am very busy with fitness. I think the human body is a wonderful machine and the recovery of the muscles is an issue that always concerns me. As a sports masseur I would also like to help others further within the recovery of the body in the best possible way.

In addition to being a masseur, I also give advice in sports. For example, I make training schedules and help people from young to old with their goals within, but also outside the gym.
