My name is Frederik, and I have been a certified massage therapist since 1991, trained in Traditional Chinese Massage (TCM). This form of massage first came into my life through Tai Chi Chuan, a meditative Chinese movement art that I still practice and teach today. Over the years, I have gained experience in both therapeutic and wellness settings.

A passion for the holistic approach—the human being as a whole—has taken me across the globe. During my travels, I have had the opportunity to work and exchange knowledge with local colleagues, which has deeply enriched my perspective and practice.
