My name is Alex and I have a diverse background in the hospitality industry. I have had various positions, ranging from reception work in a hotel to a chef in a wellness center. Although I have always been interested in massage therapy, I never got around to delving into it. Ultimately, I made the decision to leave my career in the hospitality industry. Fortunately, I came across a great opportunity at a massage parlor, where I had the opportunity to train as a professional masseur. I focused on this full-time for a year and the experience was priceless. The busyness and diversity of the customers have enriched my skills enormously.

While it certainly helps to be able to name all the muscles and understand their movements, the true art lies in listening to your hands. The basis is actually very simple: by removing tension from a muscle, peace and tranquility is created in the body.
