My name is Elly and I have a varied background in business, such as the clothing and textile industry and as a reintegration coach.

After a burnout, I discovered my passion for yoga in 2011 and have been teaching yoga and meditation classes for years. In addition, I have always continued to learn and set up the massagestudio ‘Vrij in jezelf” for massage, breathing coaching, singing bowl healing and (chair) yoga.

I am always looking for new ways to inspire and develop myself and to enrich my work. Now I bring relaxation with chair massages within companies, organizations and at events. I also use (chair) yoga and breathwork to support groups.
