Hi, my name is Ilona and I live in Rotterdam.

After 37 years in the corporate world, I decided to make a definitive change at the end of 2015. Since then, I’ve been working full-time as an independent massage therapist and lifestyle coach. In both roles, I support people with a wide range of ailments, with a clear specialization in menopausal women. I know from personal experience how significant a lifestyle influences how people experience menopause. Small, achievable adjustments can make a real difference.

Since 2017, I’ve also been providing chair massages at companies in and around Rotterdam. Thanks to my years of experience in the office, I know exactly what’s going on in the workplace and what employees are up against. In addition to classic chair massage techniques, I also apply stretches and Thai massage techniques in the chair. I always tailor the massage to the individual needs of the recipient.
