Hello, my name is João, I come from Porto, Portugal and I live in The Netherlands for almost 3 years!

I am a very energetic, enthusiastic person that loves to connect, share stories and above all add real value to people’s lives!

I used to work in Digital Marketing until September 24, when I realised I wasn’t leveraging my full potential, talents and passions! Since my teenage years, I have had a big interest and passion in mental and physical wellbeing, and decided to leverage that passion to help others grow, change and to transform people’s most valuable asset which is their health and wellbeing.

I decided then to do a Health and Wellness Coaching, NASM Personal Training and Thai Massage courses to offer an integrated unique wellness experience!

It was the best decision I could ever make! It is very rewarding for me and gives me great pleasure to help others grow and heal in a holistic way!

I like to spend my free time in nature or by the beach, getting some natural sunlight and fresh air! I love to train my body with strength training, yoga and some high intensity cardio such as sprint/RPM.
I also like to read, write chronicles, and keep my mind relaxed with meditation and journaling!
