Dance and Massage
After seven years of academic dance studies, I quickly discovered the need for massage practice within this discipline. This experience not only gave me a deeper understanding of anatomy, but also of the human energetic exchange through touch. It was a revelation that led me to a broader horizon of bodily awareness.

Education and Specializations

I have further specialized in various forms of massage, including Thai Yoga massage, deep tissue massage, chair massage and trigger point massage. These skills are not only professional for me; they are an integral part of my lifestyle and what I do every day.

Personal Characteristics

I am naturally social and outgoing, which allows me to easily connect with others. Yet I also know how to appreciate the value of silence and tranquility. This variety helps me to adapt my energy to the unique needs of those around me. With my background and passion for movement and touch, I look forward to sharing my knowledge and energy.
