My name is Catriona and I have been living in the Netherlands for the past two years.

Giving massages has been part of my life since my teenage years, with my first formal training completed in Thailand in 2001. Since then, I have further specialized in foot reflexology, aromatherapy and aromatherapy massage, reiki (an energy healing tradition originating from Japan and Egypt), pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, Thai massage, and chair massage.

Creating deep relaxation and moments of rest for others is where my passion lies. When there is a need for extra attention and care for the body, I am here to support the process of restoring balance and wellbeing.

Recently, my heart has been especially drawn to pregnancy massage. Supporting expecting mothers and their precious babies brings me great fulfillment and gratitude.

The restorative and healing power of loving, conscious, and attentive touch forms the foundation of my work. This presence, combined with knowledge and experience in specific techniques, can lead to a truly nourishing and transformative experience.

I also feel deeply connected to energy work. Studies in energy medicine, training with various teachers, participation in meditation retreats, and a long-term practice of Taoism and Tantra form an important foundation within my work.

My massages are created by combining the different traditions I have studied and are tailored to the specific needs of each client. For those who need focused deep tissue work in certain areas combined with overall relaxation, my approach offers a balanced and supportive treatment.

During treatments, I enjoy working with aromatherapy oils, of which approximately 95% are organic. The healing qualities of plants, trees, and flowers provide an additional layer of support and care.

For those who are curious about energy reading, this may arise intuitively during a session. At the same time, it is also possible to simply relax and be carried by a flowing and therapeutic touch — something that is one of my strengths.

My Dutch is conversational, and English is my native language. I have Scottish and Bulgarian roots.
