After working for several years in the hospitality industry as a cook, I know better than anyone the impact pressure and stress has on your body, so I regularly treated myself to massages. This is exactly where my love for massages originated; on the massage table! The question still remained: “What would it be like not to lie on the massage table, but to be in the shoes of the masseur?” The massages prevented my own back and neck complaints longer, I became fascinated by the effect that can have a massage on the human body. Finally, letting people relax and relieve complaints every day seemed to me to be a profession that gives you a lot of satisfaction. In the meantime, as a certified masseur with a dose of experience, I can wholeheartedly confirm this!

With a sports massage, the focus is on working deeper into (rigid) muscles and making them flexible again. This is done with firm massage techniques that give access to the deeper layers. Even non-athletes certainly benefit from a sports massage!
